01Getting started
IPTV means television delivered over your internet connection instead of an aerial, satellite dish or cable. Nothing is installed on your roof and no engineer visits your house. You get a set of login details, you enter them into an app on a device you already own, and the channels appear. Technically it is the same delivery method your existing streaming apps already use — the difference is that one line gives you live channels from dozens of countries rather than one broadcaster's catalogue.
Most orders are provisioned in under two minutes. As soon as payment clears, our system generates your line and emails you the username, password and server address along with a setup guide for your specific device. If you order in the middle of the night and something needs a human, the longest you should ever wait is a few hours — and we will message you rather than leave you wondering.
No. If you own a smart TV made in roughly the last eight years, a Firestick, an Android box, an Apple TV, a games console, a phone, a tablet or a laptop, you already have what you need. A dedicated IPTV box like a MAG or Formuler is an option if you want purpose-built hardware, but it is genuinely not required.
For HD, around 15 Mbps is comfortable. For 4K, aim for 25 Mbps or more. Almost as important as raw speed is stability: a steady 20 Mbps connection gives a far better picture than a 200 Mbps one that drops packets. If you can wire the device to your router with an Ethernet cable, do it — it fixes more streaming complaints than any other single change.
Yes. We give a 24-hour trial line so you can check the channels you care about, test the picture on your own connection and see the guide for yourself. Ask for it on WhatsApp — open the chat button and choose “Get a free trial”. One trial per household; tell us which device you use and we’ll send the right setup instructions with it.
02Channels & content
The line-up runs to more than 55,000 live channels covering Europe, North America, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Latin America. Every plan gets the entire line-up — we do not sell a cut-down package and then charge you to unlock the rest. Alongside that sits an on-demand library of over 270,000 films and series episodes that is topped up every week.
Almost certainly. We carry deep line-ups for the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Turkey, the Nordics, the United States and Canada, plus meaningful coverage of another thirty-odd markets. If there is one specific channel that decides it for you, take the free trial and check it yourself — that is exactly what the trial is for.
Yes — a full seven-day EPG with programme titles, times and descriptions, not just a bare channel number. On supported channels you can also rewind up to seven days with catch-up, so a match you missed on Saturday is still there on Wednesday.
The line-up includes feeds from broadcasters in many different countries, so a fixture your local rights-holder is contractually prevented from showing is often available on an overseas feed carrying the same match. That includes the Saturday afternoon football window that UK broadcasters cannot air.
No. Major fight cards and premium live events are carried on the relevant channels as they air, at no additional charge. There is no separate event fee on top of your subscription.
There is an adult section, and it is switched off by default. If it is enabled it sits behind a PIN. If you would rather it did not exist on your line at all, say so when you order and we will remove the category entirely before we send your details.
03Devices & setup
Amazon Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Nvidia Shield, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, Macs, MAG and Formuler boxes, and most modern games consoles through a browser or app. If your device runs a mainstream operating system, there is a player for it.
On Fire TV, Android, Samsung, LG, Roku and Windows we recommend IBO Player or Hot Player — both work great with IPTV Kopen. On iPhone and iPad, use UHF or IPTVX from the App Store. MAG boxes need no app: you enter the portal address we send you. Step-by-step guides for every device are on our Setup guides page (iptvkopen.io/setup-guides).
Install on as many devices as you like — the limit is on simultaneous streams, not installations. A single-connection plan means one thing playing at a time, but that one line can live on your TV, your phone, your tablet and your laptop, and you can move between them freely.
That needs a two-connection plan. It costs roughly double a single line and gives you two independent streams — one television downstairs on the football, another upstairs on something else entirely.
Yes. The line follows you, not your address. Take the same credentials on holiday, enter them in the app on a hotel television or your laptop, and your channels are there. Hotel Wi-Fi is the usual limiting factor, not the service.
04Billing & account
No, and this is deliberate. Nothing recurring is set up against your card. When your term is up the line simply stops, and you renew only if you want to. We would rather earn the renewal than collect it while you are not paying attention.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers.
You get a full refund if you have paid but your service has not been activated yet — no login, M3U link or activation code sent. Once the service is activated and your credentials are delivered, it is a digital product and is non-refundable. Purchases by resellers or for business use are never refundable. If something isn't working, contact support first: we will try backup servers, VPN or IP rerouting, device setup and alternative apps with you. The full conditions are on the refund policy page.
The line stops working and the apps show a login error. Nothing else happens: no charge, no chasing emails. Renew whenever you like and we reactivate the same credentials, so you do not have to set up your devices again.
Yes. Message support and we will price the difference for the time you have left rather than making you start a fresh subscription.
05Quality & support
On our side, load-balanced servers with automatic failover: if a source degrades mid-stream, your player is moved to a healthy one without you doing anything. On your side, the usual culprits are an under-powered Firestick, a device on Wi-Fi two floors from the router, or an ISP throttling at peak time. Support will work through it with you — we would rather spend twenty minutes diagnosing than lose a customer to a setting.
Where the source broadcast is 4K, yes. Where the original feed is 1080p or 720p, no amount of marketing changes that — we deliver what the broadcaster transmits, at the best available bitrate, and the player picks the highest quality your connection can sustain.
For most subscribers, no. Some internet providers interfere with streaming traffic, and in that specific case a VPN helps. If you tell support your connection feels throttled at peak times, we will tell you honestly whether a VPN is likely to fix it for you.
WhatsApp for anything urgent, email for anything detailed. Both are staffed seven days a week and the typical reply lands in under ten minutes during waking hours. You will be talking to someone who can actually change your line, not a script.
